Counterpart International is currently seeking a Technical Data/Information Specialist to support its anticipated 5-year program in Georgia funded by the United States Agency of International Development (USAID).  The project enhance Georgian efforts to advance the integrity of the information space and build societal resilience in the face of disinformation and propaganda campaigns. It will also support the development of networks to foster collaboration between Georgian civil society, media, regional actors, the Georgian government, and marginalized populations. The Chief of Party will represent Counterpart to USAID, local and national partners, regional organizations, and other relevant donor organizations in Georgia.  In close collaboration with the Chief of Party (COP) and the Deputy Chief of Party, the Technical Data/Information Specialist will support the countering of misinformation, monitoring and evaluation of new approaches, and technical input into program activities. This is a full-time position based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This position will report to the Chief of Party.

This is a full-time position based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Chief of Party will report to the Director of Governance.

CPI seeks a Senior Internet Governance & Internet Freedom Expert to design a methodology to assess local partners with their Internet Governance & Internet Freedom Skills. Then, the Expert will develop a multi-levels methodology able to assess local partners.   The Senior Internet Governance & Internet Freedom Expert will be in charge of designing a curriculum for local partners in order to reinforce their Internet Governance & Internet Freedom skills to go from one level to the next one. The objective of this assignment is to assist the Internet Freedom Project with: 1. Developing an Internet Governance & Internet Freedom methodology to assess local partners; 2. Developing a multi-level curriculum to empower local partners. Offerors should put forward their qualifications and price quote to support CPI in designing a methodology to assess local partners with their knowledge of Internet Freedom and Internet Governance. Offerors will also develop a multi-level curriculum to increase local partners Internet Freedom and Internet Governance skills. As a result of this RFQ, CPI anticipates issuing an independent consultant or vendor contract.
